Upload, configure, and maintain content (e.g., product descriptions, images, videos, banners) across global e-commerce websites using CMS platforms.
Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines and global marketing campaigns
Manage localization of content for regional markets, working closely with translation teams and local stakeholders. Act as the point of contact for regional e-commerce teams regarding content-related updates and queries.
Monitor website performance to ensure smooth functionality and identify any issues in content rendering whilst ensuring that all content is mobile-friendly, responsive, and optimized for SEO.
Conduct thorough testing and quality checks to ensure flawless content presentation across all devices and platforms
Stay updated on industry best practices and innovations in digital content management and e-commerce trends.
Profile description:
You’ll have…
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
1-4 years of experience in content management or a similar role, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
Proficiency with content management systems (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, or similar).
Strong interest in web technologies and SEO best practices and familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive mindset in identifying and resolving content-related issues with creative solutions.
