Company Profile：

Our customer is one of the largest passenger train manufactures in the world. The products of our customer include all types of passenger railway vehicles from high speed trains, Maglev, intercity trains, to metro, tram-trains, light rail vehicles etc.  In order to expand the research team in Aachen Germany, the company is looking for a talent with extensive experience in running dynamics to join and assist the team leader to manage the team together.

Job Description:

1. To conduct dynamics analysis and simulation using commercial software or in house tools
2. To establish work process for dynamics analysis and simulation
3. To support the project team with regards to the EU homologation of company's railway product, in the aspect of technology
4. To mentor younger engineers in the dynamics team

Qualifications:

1. Master or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or relevant majors
2. No less than 5 years as engineers in railway industry
3. Capable of using software such as SIMPACK, Matlab, hypermesh, etc
4. Successful references regarding running dynamics simulation of high speed trains, metro, tram-train etc., familiar with rail-wheel contact, articulated train dynamics, gauging
5. Deep knowledge regarding EN 14363, BOStrab, VDV 152 etc
6. Fluent in English
7. Capable of conducting projects independently
8. Deep knowledge and recognized references regarding TSI of dynamics
9. Knowledge regarding structure, CFD, aerodynamics would be a plus
