Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner and provide effective solutions.
• Educate customers about available services and assist them in making informed decisions.
• Document interactions accurately for quality assurance and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
• Positive mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
